Bachelor of Arts
International Business Administration
Lauder Business School

Due to a personal interest in the topic, I decided to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing at Lauder Business School in Vienna, Austria. The curriculum consisted of several semesters of general studies followed by several semesters which explored marketing concepts and topics on a more in-depth level. General studies included courses in both Micro- and Macro-economics, Statistics, Law, Finance, and Investment. More specialized courses included Product and Brand Management, Marketing Simulation, Integrated Marketing Communications, Data-driven and Growth Marketing, and Marketing/Sales Controlling, as examples.

Int. Sales Intern
Dr. Ing. h.c. Porsche AG

Throughout this internship, my responsibilities included various sales related tasks that helped me to acquire practical skills and deepen my understanding of sales processes. Some of my responsibilities include different types of reportings and data preparation for different topics and in varying contexts. I  collected data, analyzed it,  identified trends, presented insights in an organized manner and drew meaningful conclusions. This involved me having to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, evaluate their significance, and provide actionable insights to the sales team. Additionally, different software and other tools such as Microsoft Excel helped me organize, analyze, and manipulate the particular data that I was working with.

Marketing Assistan
Canadelaar B.V.

In an effort to gain valuable experience in the field of international marketing, I became an intern at a company focused on developing and distributing products internationally. After a successful six month internship, my hard work was rewarded as I was offered a paid position as a regular employee. As a marketing assistant, I became heavily involved in numerous tasks. Routinely I conducted market research, prepared various reports for company leadership, updated various Excel spreadsheets, updated the company’s website utilizing WordPress, managed the company’s social media accounts, authored product labeling, and generally conducted any task that management needed accomplished. I enjoy my job and feel that it has solidified my interest in a career in international marketing

Founding member and representative
LBS Student Union (U@LBS)

I have been founding member of the student union at my university, Lauder Business School. U@LBS was founded in 2021 as an organization of student representatives who focused on improving student life on campus. Our organization routinely plans social events, voices student concerns to the University leadership, and generally strives to make the voices of Lauder Business School’s students heard by others. My specific responsibilities within the group touched a broad spectrum of things ranging from design/implementation of our online social media presence, the organization of various social events, and the organization of events designed for students in need of help or guidance.

Au Pair
Cultural Care Au Pair, Washington D.C.

Facing challenges is something I enjoy, and one of the biggest successes I’ve had in my life was when I served as an au pair in Washington, DC for a year. While I was nervous to move abroad and integrate into a different culture, the life lessons I learned, the friends I made, and the things I was able to see were all incredible and made the challenges worthwhile. I was responsible for managing the schedules of and taking care of two children for 45 hours each week. These responsibilities included all aspects of childcare, including preparing meals, taking the children to school or various extracurricular activities, and generally managing the household while the parents were at work. While in the United States I was able to improve my fluency in the English language and completed several university courses required by my au pair program. Returning back to Austria was bittersweet, but the memories I made in the United States will never be forgotten and have shaped me into who I am today.
